Company Directory Not Working
Thanks for the suggestions, but none worked probably because we have an old Startalk system. We ended up reloading the entire system from diskettes, losing all of the voice mail messages, and having everyone record their greetings again. :-( Not very appealing, but our system is working...- akmis

Company Directory Not Working
Option 4 didn't work. It just asked for a password. Is option 4 only available in the Flash version of Startalk? We have an older Startalk system, not the Flash version. Other thoughts? Thanks.- akmis

We started having problems with our company directory in our Startalk system yesterday. A couple people were told by callers that they got a message saying that their name was not found in the company directory. We checked the system and found that they did have a mailbox and they were...- akmis
