I went ahead and sent my computer to Best Buy to have them set it up. I was getting too frustrated with the whole thing. Thank you tremendously for all your help.
Is there ANY sure-fire way of deleting all internet history from my computer? I have downloaded Tracks Eraser and deleted my internet history that way; is that the only thing I need to do? Can that history still be retrieved? Are the $30 programs that are sold at Best Buy, etc. adequate...
I attempted to update the drivers but my computer said the drivers are installed and that they are running o.k. Do I just need to add new cards? I think I may just take it to Best Buy and have them deal with it. I wish I could have figured this thing out though. Installing a new hardrive...
I actually have the recovery disks which came with the computer. However, it does not load automatically. I tried to load it manually through the MY Computer icon but was not able to find the command which tells the cd to load. Do I need a new recovery disk?
