I had the same problem with my M830 board, I removed all my ram except for 1 stck and it works fine now, you might try that.

It turned out to be an issue with running two sticks of 133 ram, everything is going good now after removing one of them. Im not sure about the chipset drivers... could you post a link to them please? Are they on the Pcchips site?
