Thanks for the response:) We use non OEM ink, Media Sciences specifically. Turns out they warranty any damage to printer if caused by using their ink. Spoke to someone on their support team and they walked me through fixing the problem. Too bad more companies aren't this willing to assist...- MotionLoops
