Gidday Billybunter,
Yup had the same problem with the dot local domain and a A record for webmail.domainname.co.uk. The answer is you need certificate for the FQDN so for example webmail.yourdomainname.net
Have a shop around and don't be shy to call the certificate suppliers on the phone to...
Gidday People,
I have a weird issue when some users send an email with $,£ or put tabs in an email body some (not all) recipients get wired like symbols.
At first I figued it was Outlook 2007 cusing the problem but I have the same problem with 2003 and XP 2002 Outlook clients. I've check...
Gidday Billybunter,
First you must have a purchased SSL certificate for this to work correctly. As XDA's and Exchange 2007 will only sync via SSL unlike exchange 2003 you could just use HTTP. I used SSL247, but you could use godaddy.com or verasign if ya got loads of cash.
Next you will need...
Thanks Cstorms,
Just spent a wee bit of time running tests on a few other sites I support. Long story short is all the companies with "managed" firewall solutions actually have the same problem. Yet have never noticed because they don't use outlook via https access.

Anyone got any...
Gidday,
I need a little help to change a static route on a Cisco 1601 router. The current 0.0.0.0/0 via 10.0.1.2 no longer exists and needs to point 10.0.0.3
I have all the Access and Enable codes but can not seem to find the basic telent commands to change the routing from the Cisco web...
Hello,
My client’s configuration is a little weird at best but however I’m having a few issues with outgoing email. My client has a SBS2000 server yet refuses to use the exchange server as the default bridgehead. Instead they use a client PC with a POP3 email account, which sends and receives...
Hello,
You may want to double check with BT regarding your account because BT have made alot of changes regarding btopenworld. Mostly to do with spam you may well find that your account(s) out going smtp setting should now reflect mail.btconnect.com
Additionaly you may need to register the...
Does anyone know how to obtain a directory listing of the file system, with all the user rights/groups and pipe it to a txt file? Guess there has to be a net command or a handy app some one has written.
