LL Perf Analyzer will not read service.csv files from LL Monitor Agent

I'm trying to analyze Livelink Monitoring Agent data (captured from our Production instances of Livelink 9.5.1) using our Livelink Performance Analyzer 1.5. The only .csv file that it will read is a service.csv file. Is it possble to expand the list to Perf, Info, Agents, and Instance csv's?

Measuring the maximum number of concurrent users in Livelink

Yes - looks like I would be able to extrapolate an average of concurrent users over a specific period of time using the data from two out of three threads (in our instance) based on their similar Start and End times. Thanks again for your assistance.

Measuring the maximum number of concurrent users in Livelink

Thank you for the quick response. Yes, we already have wantSummaryTimings=true active in our production instance, so I guess what the Performance Analyzer is producing needs to be more granular somehow. I've attempted to use the Report Painter, but have no similar examples to compare.

Measuring the maximum number of concurrent users in Livelink

Is there a way to use Open Text's Performance Analyzer 1.5.0.2, to measure the maximum number of concurrent users in Livelink per day over a limited number of months? We currently have a Livelink 9.5 SP1 environment.
