I looked through everything I had and couldn't find it. It is more of a curiosity question from him than a problem question. I did find a doc on the web that was using TLS as a fax server route but that was about it. Not too worried about it but just curious.

Vendor was able to walk us through the Utilities Tool and we got it reset. Created 3 admin boxes so this doesn't happen again. Note to self, never take a day off. People screw things up.
It's 2 PRI spans on TMDI cards. They are configured on loops 3 and 4 on the system. D-Channels on 24 and 48 respectively. Pretty standard set-up as far as a PRI goes. Looks like there is a TN / Loop miss match as this error states but I checked everything and don't see the miss match.
I just turned up my internal spans on my Option 11 and when I dial to the system using our internal 7 digit dial plan I get this error.
