    I am trying to program a dss/blf key via a speed dial on the telepfone using the feature key. When I program it the speed dial works but I don't get a BLF on that button. Any help would be appreciated. Dave

    right now our system is currently set up that if you dial 911 it calls the operator, so that they can call what ever emergency service is need directly. Now they want to change it so that certain extensions on the system can also do this. The problem i am running into is getting the LCR set up...
