Make a new group and push a call through it, just checks that the original group was not corrupted some how. After the call hits the first user where does it go? Are there Forward Unconditional or Twinning features set for any of the users?- digitaljunkie81

5610SW Problem with 4.2
1.) Make sure the 46xxUpgrade.scr is pointing to the firmware you want loaded. 2.) Power off the phone for about 1 minute, then power it back on. If the phone is not off for long enough it keeps the old settings. 3.) It pull the 46xxUpgrade.scr from the TFTP server and follow the instructions...- digitaljunkie81
