    Jay, Thanks for the tip but that did not do the trick, i changed the temp file locations to a new folder and checked the permissions, we still had the same issue. So I returned both the tmp and temp locations to their original locations. Nick

    Thats what I thought would happen but it didn't. I fixed the problem by creating a new database and importing everything from the "problem database" the "invisible" form did not get transferred over. My new database compiles with no errors now. Thanks for your help.
