Direct Connect connects, but can't find remote files
Hi I'm trying to set up a direct connection between an XP computer and Win98 computer using a parallel cable between the parallel ports. I can make the connection. Hi The cable connections between the modem and the computer use the same plugs as a printer as far as I can see. The cable I have fits, but I didn't specify or check that it was a modem cable when I got it. So maybe I need to find a proper modem cable? Do they have any kind of special name or...- simulat

Using USR modems with Mac
Hi I'm trying to use a USR sportster external modem on a Mac. The Mac won't detect the modem. The modem works fine on PC's. I've been to USR's site but can't find any useful information about this there. Any suggestions? Thanks- simulat
