    2.1 Upgrade to 3.2

    I am running 2.1.35 on a 412. Can I upgrade this directly to 3.1.65 and then 3.2.17? Or must I upgrade to 3.0.99 then 3.1.65 and finally to 3.2.17. Anything I need to watch out for when doing the upgrades? Thanks! -Jason

    I have several remotes sites that have IP4620 phones that are connected back to a 412 over a VPN link. These remote sites all have a Cisco PIX 501 with the H323 fixup turned off. The problem that I am having is that the phones will simply go blank. The only fix is to uplug and replug them...
