Maybe I just am not looking in the right spot or maybe I am blind today... I am looking in Meridian Mail console for any reports that will tell me how often are ports are maxed out (busy) or some sort of port usuage report. Does this exist?

I thought there might be a way to buy another Meridian Mail cabinet and do a add it to the system or something else. This is fine just another reason why they need to bite the bullet and upgrade.

Thanks again for everything. Ace was right, I should have not trusted the report. The report failed to list a TN that had two intercom keys, and one of those was a member of the group I was changing and still set to ring. Thanks for the lesson learned...

I am going off a current OTM Report listing all groups/group member number's. I will check through loads and verify and try a different key.

They are all set to voice, originally I could not get it to work. Proceeded to remove intercom from all in group, then added it back to all and I still get the same sch901:SL-1 ring option conflicts with group option.

I was not thinking that, but other ways to get around it. Like buying another cabinet or something like that. Maybe a reseller, something...In the end I think they will have to bite the bullet and upgrade to Call Pilot.

Does it sound likely that a user accessing his Meridian Mail would hear enlondateg (extended tones) as if a button was sticking if the all the system ports for mail were full?
