still no luck... this is how our exchange enviornment is setup. When e-mails come in they go through our spam filter. Then they get routed to an exchange 2003 server acting as a relay to an exchange 2007 server which places the e-mail into the recepiants mailbox. Could that have something to do...

the user got duplicate e-mails again from another user. I checked the message ID on both e-mails and it was different. No Rules set either.

FYI... I don't have SP2 installed.

I have a couple users that are getting duplicate e-mails when they get an e-mail from a certain user. Any Idea what could be causing this?

When my users want to listen to their voice messages, the prompt starts by saying "you have 8 deleted messages and 2 new voice messages". Is their any way I can get rid of the first part of the prompt that talks about how many messages they have deleted. FYI i used #8, and #2 as an example.

The sender service only runs on one MAS. If that service is lost, what funcionalities would also be lost with it?
