When someone is on that pool, the button is indeed green, and pushing it gives you fast busy immediately, 9 will not open up a line after the fast busy, or on a system access line...

Based on the printout, do you have any ideas about why 890 pool only allows one call at a time? Or, why any incoming call on a trunk, even if not on the hunt group (there are lines I found not in the hunt group) automatically goes...

Thanks Merlinman. Did a print out of the ARS, ARS is enabled but only pool 70 shows up in all the tables? But no trunks are assigned to pool 70. Now I'm even more confused?
What's also weird is, only one number is publicized to the outside world, the other phone numbers are in a hunt group...
