Administrator account cannot delete users. Any solution?
We've cleaned up the users in the WinNT source but they are still in the CMC. What is the proper method of updating the authentication in CMC? (we inherited this app with no documentation)- bluem3

1. User accounts are domain account but the ones we are wanting to delete are in the Manage users section of the CMC 2. we are using the Enterprise Administrator account. More info: When we are in the Manage Users section of the CMC (logged in as the EA) we cannot select the users for deletion...- bluem3

Administrator account cannot delete users. Any solution?
We are having one of many issues with our Crystal Report cluster. We are attempting to clear out old users and the Administrator account does not appear to have the ability to delete the users (the checkbox to select for delete is grayed out) Has anyone experienced this before and does anyone...- bluem3
