    Email folders

    Thank you. I'll say I'm confused as to why they made an email folder if we can't email enable it.. how do we send emails to this? Even when I try the laborous drag and drop method, the "to" and "from" columns are blank. Just trying to figure out how to best utilize this folder.

    Email folders

    We have been using "email enable" on folders but saw the "Email Folder" type. I like this as it shows the "to" and "from" columns, etc... but the "email enable" option doesn't show up for the Email Folder. How do we email to this folder?
