Just install the Lotus Notes client on the new PC and have them log in. Everything will be replicated down from the server to the new client PC. You will probably need to synchronize the address book (Actions - Syncrohnize Address Book).
Did you install the client using the Single Sign on option? That has to be done in order to use the Windows login for Lotus Notes. It can only be turned on during the Lotus Notes client installation process.
