My user is an experienced Excel user, and often links cells across sheets. For some reason he is unable to point to particular cells with the mouse in one book. If he selects a cell above or below, he can then move to cell with arrow keys. Anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be...

I have a user (windows 2000 NT) who had a problem with grayed-out help windows in all office 2000 apps. Found a fix (regsvr32 itss.dll) after trying reinstal (twice!). She can now get windows help from start menu, but when opening help from within any office 2000 app, it opens then immediately...
