Has any one been able to get the Web Access working. I am running VMProserver on an XP box with IIS running. I navigate to the http://<serveraddress>/campaign/campcgi.html but get a page showing The page cannot be displayed. Any ideas?
I have been able to POP Outlook by DDI, only when the DDI is directly to an extension and not routed to a group. Adding the registry entry, "PopOnDDI", on the local machine within the PhoneManager key did the trick. If there is a way of popping from DDI on a group call please advise.
I have a busy DDI which is answered by Auto Attendant on the VMPro and calls distributed by transfer to relevant groups. I also have a lesser used DDI which requires to be prioritised and is NOT routed via Auto Attendant. I have set prioritisation in Manager but if the 1st call is answered by...
