We have a CS1000 that has an odd problem in that for no apparent reason various phones throughout the campus will go off hook on speakerphone. They have been known to dial various numbers but most times will just give ringtone. This will occur numerous times and we end up redoing the cable...

Thanks for the help as usual. Much appreciated. I tried your advice of dis/enl serv with no results. I tried this in conjuntion with taking down the d-channel and loop. This one is being more stuborn than usual. Any other advice would be appreciated.

I could use any and advice from all out there.
On Monday we dropped both local PRI's. We disabled the D-channel and loops and then re-enabled them. After doing this and troubleshooting with telco, both PRI's eventually came up with the exception of channel one on each loop (they say FE MBSY)...

Unfortunately when the system drops the calls, it doesn't display which port it was trying to access. On the ports, it is bounding around pretty randomly when you tranfer from one message to the next.

I am having some troubles finding programming. One of our customers has a 2616 and 2 expansion modules. They want to have the expansion modules to display if a customer is currently on the line. Any help would be appreciated.
