    They don't appear to be. Is there any particular setting I need to use when exporting from BCM? From memory it wants to export to text file then this has to be converted to csv. Thanks

    Two options tried: 1 As per the Act wizard and help information by importing Outlook contact details. I Imported my BCM contacts, fields and e-mails into Outlook 2003. Then imported to Act using the Wizard. All there except for the 'Activties' tab. 2 Exported the BCM database to a 'csv'...
