I think you start sendmail mail for localhost. the easy way to clear is find this line in sendmail.cf O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA and edit to O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=0.0.0.0, Name=MTA then restart sendmail
