    IDS 7.31 Install - Command Shell warning - IDS no longer running

    Thanks for the ideas. INFORMIXSERVER,INFORMIXDIR,etc are all OK. Confusingly the log files do not mention the warning message. I do not have access to the log files now, but have logged call with IBM support as an installation problem. Will let you know outcome for future ref. Paul

    IDS 7.31 Install - Command Shell warning - IDS no longer running

    Hi All, Kinda at our wits end here! Installing IDS 7.31 TC2 on NT 4 SP6. Seems to install OK and initialise via IECC. However, when trying to run any commands (onstat, ontape, etc) from the Command Line Utility an error is displayed:- Warning - IDS no longer running Any ideas? Thanks Paul
