I have a option 11c that was recently upgraded to a cs1000m 5.50j. Prior to the upgrade we were able to dial internationally with no problems but now we cannot. Has anyone seen this happen before and possibly found a fix?
Thanks but I have checked on this and the user whose name appears does not even have a direct line. They also said that she receives very few calls and they have to be transfered to her. Also I can duplicate the issue if I block my number and call the main number. Still perplexed on this one.
Well thats an idea but I would like to see if there is something else I may be missing before we go that route. I aslo should clarify that the issue is not that it displays unknown caller, but that it shows a users name while the call is ringing.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have already opened the unit up and checked it. Also the unit will boot all the way up if it is allowed to stay powered off for several hours. The trouble appears with a short term power loss.
