Call Pilot Operating System
I'm sorry I was confusing Symposium and Callpilot. Callpilot only runs on NT 4.0. I hear it will go to 2000 with rls 3.0. The password info is the same.- eddro

Callpilot uses NT 4.0 up until rls 2.0 where it uses Windows 2000 Server. Are you trying to telnet just to the server or trying to open a client session? The server username is NGenSys Password is __NGen!. That is two underscores preceding Ngen!.- eddro

Message waiting lights
Thanks jleb for the input. I got the problem fixed this evening. When we installed this box, we converted it from DMID to FLTN. We failed to turn off Special RS232 Message Waiting beforehand. This causes it to stay turned on and does not allow the Octel to generate msg indication or...- eddro

Message waiting lights
I have an Aria 250 integrating with a Nortel Option 11 using FLT-N cards for integration. The message lights do not light on the Nortel phones. I followed the config note exactly. Does the RS232 link have anything to do with this? What type of messages in the on-line CDR should I be looking...- eddro
