sorry i confused you... here's what i meant in the form of 2 images. The bad.jpg file was done with photo-paint and the good.jpg was done with sketchbook pro. Both circles are quickly painted strokes and the results should speak for themselves.

I've taken an extensive look inside the Brush Settings but i haven't found anything... =/ There doesn't seem to be a setting in there to increase the sampling... what now? =(
