one more question: some of my extensions when called internally (ext to ext) don't cover to voice-mail....all are in the coverage group, and work fine when called from the outside to AA....I have double checked primary, secondary, and group cover options...- outlawarcher

I have a Merlin Legend RLS7. Intuity Audix bit the dust, I have installed a Merlin Magix Messging. All calls are answered by AA, with option 2 as direct extension transfer. When caller selects an extension call is routed to Attendant instead of extension. Please help.- outlawarcher
