    @Westi do you have the part number for the SOE SIP trunk licenses handy. If I recall we'll need one license per simultaneous call even if your SIP provider supports multiple calls per trunk.

    @vid151 - so you've come across this issue before? in my case no one could call into the conference bridge because it rang busy. this is how we were alerted to the problem. this is the second time the "T" option is mentioned. can you elaborate on this and how to implement it?

    we do not have DID pointed and are pin checking via VMPro. caller dials 1800 -> Auto Attend Answers -> Conference extension dialed -> Pin is prompted for -> Caller trans to bridge.

    4.0 hmm.. i would but we have several small offices connected to a 406v1 via ip trunks and i dont think the 406v1 can take 4.0. i like to run all the same firmware to avoid issues, so this might not be an option for me.
