I have 2 users who are running CAD8.5 and using CIPC. Also, the UCCX ver is 8.5.1.11001-35. User one, there is no issues whatsoever including all screens appearing as they should. However, when user 2 ends a call, the "wrap up" screen does not appear at all.

I have a Attendant Console user with a Cisco 7961 set. The user has the AC active, but minimized. Any activity on the 7961 set brings up the AC on the screen. Is this something that can be changed or is this just the way it is?
The vesrion of CCM is 4.2.
I have a CCM 4.1 that is showing the corrcet time. All related servers are also showing the correct time.

I have a Cisco VG224 with some analog fax lines working off of it. Recently, fax machines are getting cut off and either recieving or sending only a few pages bfore transmission is lost. This was only happening on 4 of the 24 ports. Any thoughts??
I understand that after a BCM is rebooted, the alarm log is cleared out and you will only see the power up alarms. Is there any way to retrieve the alarms prior generated prior to the system reboot.
