Hi,
I just corrected errors that made an AR Invoice Batch generate the "Post In Progress", but after successfull posting, no GL Batch was created.
I was not even able to create the batches from the "Create GL Batch" function in Accounts Receivables.
Is there a way to create the batches?

Thanks Tuba2007, I was able to go through both GLAFS and GLPOST tables with my accountant and managed to rectify the problems, which were disperities between the two tables. I was then able to run the create new year successfully.
Thanks a million.
Well that's tough. Worst thing?! Yes I remember there were some regular power outages at that time that our UPS's/Generator could not handle. Does this mean going through the GLPOST and GLAFS tables and looking for disparities between them? I know that wont be easy. Should the data integrity...
Yes we do, but they are not reliable! They take a whole week to respond to a query. How come I am able to dump my data without any hitches, although I have never tried doing a data load using any of the dumps?
What would fixing of the database entail?
Thanks
Hi,
I queried GLAFS for any 2012 records but i could not find any. i then ran Data Integrity and found the following errors (Attached).I run create new year again but to no avail. Could these be the cause of the error?
NB The exact error is as attached...
When i try running create new year, I get the message "Account Fiscal Set.Record Already Exists' and the process stops. I have restored earlier backups and the error seems to reccur
They all are *.log text files, but trying to open then does not produce any redable format with notepad, and each is between 2 to 4 MB. I use Pervasive.SQL version 9.10.020.000
The above folder 'C:\PVSW\Bin\MKDE\Log' has grown for so long, and it keeps growing everyday and it is taking up my entire hard drive sapce. Is there any effect in deleting the log files?
Its not getting past the first receipt, in this case 'RCP02563', when trying to complete it, thats when the error occurs. Find attached data integrity reporthttps://www.yousendit.com/download/dXFXQ3R4SU9sMHhFQlE9PQ
Day end goes through the first record "RCP02563", and on trying to complete the same, encounters the error as in the first post, and it does not move to the next record.
No luck, even after deleting the first record in POPORI.
Find attached RVSPY text output
