With helping by other person to get with another set of control card with memory module for further testing, it can reinstall Unixware on boot up with new system hard disk that created by PCHI finally.
It is amazing as I have never thought of H4K control card (with memory module) issue as it...
The battery is used to support controller board that installed on testing system, it is supposed to be dry-out so I have to change system clock every time on system power up.
As I only boot up A1 for testing, it could not enable dongle by CODEW. I have tried to bootup both ADP & SWU but SWU will...
Sorry the missing H4K V24 output is as attached.https://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=ec1f5cd0-7f98-4f4e-8f46-43d2b861af12&file=H4K-V24-Output.jpg
I checked that there is only one RAM module (S30807-Q6706-X-2) mounted on controller board, I did not find exactly the same RAM module but it got failure on boot up if I changed another similar RAM module (S30807-Q6706-X100). I have no manual to verify if it is compatible or not.
I refer to...
My testing is as follow;
- prepare system hard disk with customer MO disc;
- format and init. SCSI hard disk
- copy AREA E to AREA I data from MO to system hard disk
- create new MO disc with PCHI (H4K V1; P30252N4313B00004)
- copy AREA J data from MO to system hard disk (AREA K) that...
Hello there,
We have a customer got problem on their H4K V1 system (yes, it is still running on V1) for UW7 failure to startup. We have tried to get back those MO disc but there was no one with UW7 installer (it should be in Area J, right?).
We finally get with old PC that running Windows XP...
We are only engineer to implement and support service, but consultant to design and discuss with customer for the system... Because of cost implication, consultant does not want to get involve to state with customer but engineer have to discuss with customer and fix it... Actually it is design...
The main point is how we could prove to customer on network upgrade with QoS deployment. For the customer, it may involve a large amount of cost, and impact on networking operations interruption.
If the customer do those things that we stated but no or not as expected improvement, we will...
We...
As customer site existing IT infrastructure was design for data network only, those networking equipment may not support Qos and VLAN setup. We just tried to loan a pair of router to enable RTP priority first but seems no improvement.
The customer request us to provide "solid" supported...
We have tried both G729 and G711 but it seems no different... at least the customer is still not accept :(
The network is convergent voice and data; i.e. PC plug into phoneset and use same LAN cable for connecting to LAN switch. Almost all phoneset are IP 16xx (e.g. 1616i, 1608i, etc.). Is there...
We have tried to use G.729 (default) and G.711 but it seems no improvement for customer... at least the customer did not accept the voice quality.
Refer to customer system configuration, most of phonesets may use of IP16xx but it is also found the problem even on 96xx phoneset.
Is there any...
We have several customers that complain IPO500 system (running on R5/R6) with poor voice quality; no matter on local LAN with IP phoneset, or intra-network for remote offices.
We tried to check with system status and network, but no packet drop or abnormal network broadcasting message... It may...
If the music file is upload and suppose the system is running without shutdown/reboot, why the system could not access music file on hold?
Is that VMPro provide tftp server as Manager?
Those customer were installed with Voicemail Pro, i.e. no memory card (CF or SD) installed.
Where is the file storage? How it can lost (or file index crash)? Did you mean those uploaded file will be lost after system reboot?
We did not heard with noise but "do-do" sound while on hold (i.e. tone instead of wave sound). I suppose the system first try to send hold music, and then send "do-do" sound if the wave file not available (?!) at that time.
We have several customers complaint that IP500 fail to send system hold music while on placing calls on hold. It could not resume even after system reboot.
We tried to upload another music file (by Manager with system reboot) and it seems to be back to normal, but the problem may then come back...
