    i think that pretty much did it. i did have to edit the COS to get console access though. so is there a way to get the voicemail to go to that extension?

    the only problem with doing it like that is that somebody has already been assigned his office and old phone (with a new extension) is there another way to do this?

    hello everybody i'm kinda new to the definity system, and I need your help. the company i work for recently had a person quit and we need to be able to forward all calls from their extension to another one, this includes voicemail. how do I go about doing this?
