Forgive me, but I'm not a phone guy. The two IP Office systems are connected via an IPSEC VPN between two Cisco ASA5505s, and talk to each other over h323. The phones connected to the respective IP Office systems are not VoIP phones; I'm assuming they are plain old digital phones.

WP 12, SP1. If I use File-->Open to open a WordPerfect doc, the application stops responding and I have to reboot. If I open the file from Windows Explorer, it works fine. This happens with multiple docs. Here is what I have done so far:
1.) Turned off the preview file option in the Open...
I removed the existing profile and created a new one with a different name. I then configured my Exchange account, the old folders are still visible. Any other things to try?
A few weeks ago, our Exchange 2k system crashed. We were able to migrate the mailboxes to a new server using the EXMERGE tool, but did not consider the public folders. With the original Exchange server now gone, the user's clients (mixed Outlook XP and Outlook 2k3) still contain references to...

Using BUE 9.1, when I choose to either create or update my IDR disks, I get through the first two disks no problem. When it asks where to save the system specific information, I insert a third disk and try to write. It immediately tells me that the disk is full (which it isn't). I saw an answer...
Anyone know where the reg key is to choose which View style to use (details, thumbnails, list, icons, etc.)? I'm writing a vbscript that changes various settings, this one included.
I have a customer who would like to run backups on two media sets, switching tapes every Monday morning. A full backup would be performed each night.
I created two backup jobs, one for one media set (let's call it "Tape 1") and another for "Tape 2". I want the tape 1 job to run each night, M-F...
Can you telnet into the server?
telnet <ip.address> 25
I am going to guess and say that you can't. If that's the case, make sure port 25 is open and forwarded to the correct server.
