    It says mailbox does noes not exit. Should I create the mailbox? Are mailboxes different than extensions? If I dial ext 26 (internally) it rings. If I call the mail number and dial ext 26, it works.

    The password for ext 26 was 1234. I am the admin but I do not know how to reset or change the password for that extension. Help!!!
