Skip555, My Hunt Delay is already set to immediate.
ITPPhoneGuy, do you know where the battery is located? I think I know most of the settings in case they go out. I didn't realize there was a battery, but I guess that would make sense.
Thanks for your help.
I know where to find the manuals. I don't where the answer to my question is with those manuals. I don't know if my question is handled by the phone company, the voice mail system, or the Partner central box.
That's most of my problem why I can't find the correct manuals online. The physical phone is an AT&T MLS-34D. The central hardware says Partner 206E Module R3.1, Partner Plus, Partner Mail VS R1. I don't know what the feature is called, but it's not voicemail. When an outside call comes in...
After 2 rings, incoming calls used to get automatically answered with a message "Enter extension number or press 0 for operator." Our phones went down (in the whole neighborhood) for a few hours, and now it answers after 5 rings. How do I change it back to 2 rings? Thanks.
I inherited this building from a department with many more workers than we have, so many extensions are no longer used. I found out though that some old accounts have been receiving voicemail messages. How do I delete these extensions altogether? Thanks in advance.
