I'm having an issue where the user clients are receiving a "server failed to initialize" error when attempting to log on the Perform site. I can reach the site from the server, but no client machine is able to do so.

Has anyone seen the playback error "voice_server_start_over_LAN_failed?" I've been working with our support service to get this corrected for months, but every few weeks, it goes away for a while, and then just comes back for a few days and makes life annoying.

Can anyone tell me the best method for determining my current i2050 IP license count? I ran the SLT on LD 22 on the switch, but I'm not sure which license count refers to the softphones.
