That's a good question. I had to use Ulead DVD Pictureshow until I figure it out. I believe it has something to do with starting image resolution and the use of transitions. When importing, if I'm correct the file size should be a little larger than necessary and then it's supposed to possible...- RichyRich2

Hi Shonabby, I'm having the same problem. I started with Premiere 6 and now have the same problem with premiere 7. What's interesting is that I have the same problem with a program called proshow.
