Verizon Fios dial tones ALWAYS worked properly
including caller ID on my Magix 4.0...
When Verizon was replaced by Frontier...still
no problems....Service provider techs don't know
squat about the PBX type eq in the field...

With all the bent pins on the back plane and console programming...I never like the
1030 with any of the FM's..
Get rid of the switch and go with a Legend like Merlin Man stated....alot easier
to program with a laptop.
Did any of you ever try to program the third party VM attempt....what was it...

Is there a way to know what release of MM without pulling the card out of
a working system.
Can't remember if there is such a way to determine the release.

If you have the time....why don't to upgrade to a Magiz processor and
do a convert from the Legend r7 translations to the the Magix translation.
Then the DCD100 will work just fine in the Legend cabinet with a clam shell.
Just a thought.
I have a question...I did purchase the headset from Ebay....
But, it has a USB connector not the rj11 type for the connection
to the 4425 tel set...
Is there such an adapter or does the headset not come with an RJ type
connector.

That's the 1st thing I did was to change the line port....
still the same distortion...
I changed the MOH port assignment to Loudspeaker paging to
see if anything change...now no sound at all.
Go figure
I did place a butt-set at the input to the line port and no distortion. Only when put on hold do I hear the
distortion...
No matter how I connect the input music source...with or without the adapter....the result is the
same...what goes in does not come the same.
This is the only Magix I've...
