I have Windstream...but I did try that...and it didn't work...also setting it up the way Crowtalks worked for a day...then quit working...and I have everything set up by static IP. I would love to make the speedstream modem only.
I have a Speedstream 5200 series DSL Modem/Router as well as a DLink 524 series wireless router for my mom's laptop. Everything worked fine until I had to add the wireless router to the equation and now I've been having a nightmare with everything. I managed to get my old PC games working with...
Well...I took a leap of faith and just bought an NVidia card. If it shut my computer down...I was going to set it aside and put my old Radeon x300 back in there and order that Silencer 470w PSU and then put it in. But the card seems to work great...My games look awesome...and it's simply because...
I spoke to Dell...and as usual, spoke to an Indian man who knew nothing about what I needed. He gave me a number that was a dead end tech support number. When I would push 1 to enter the extension, I would enter the extension and then it would ask me if I received a full order or a partial...

Oh okay...I didn't think Dell would have a section on upgrading. But mine is the 5150/E510. I'm looking now, but you know the site better than I do...so if you'd still like to do a search...I wouldn't mind! :P
E510
I spoke with the guy at Dell and he said with my particular motherboard a bigger power supply would fry it. I'm not really sure if it would or not...but I don't have the money to take chances.
I have a Dell...which is nightmarish enough. I really don't know exactly what I'm doing. I'm trying to figure this out though. I have a Pentium 4, 3.0 GHz with 1022 Gb of RAM. My video card is an ATI Radeon x300. I only have an 80 GB hard drive in there too. Just the stock stuff that came with...
