...and your subnets are associated with the correct site in Active Directory Sites and Services? have you ran "dcdiag" on your domain controller in site B?

sounds like you're overthinking this.... the best solution for this isn't a PC at all, but a "thin client", assuming that you only want to use it for RDP. With a thin client you've got no hard disk.... it's effectively a dummy terminal, typically used for connecting to RDP or Citrix ICA...

You haven't mentioned how your Citrix zones (subnets) are set up. Do you have two Citrix zones set up, one for each of your subnets or just one (for site A only)?

with "Access Based Enumeration" you only see the icons that you have permissions over. In other words... if a Notepad icon is in your Start Menu.. and you don't have permissions over it, you simply won't see it or know that it's even there.... even simpler, use just desktop redirection...

you can automatically log off your users after a period of session inactivity. this can be done for RDP and ICA... Start> Programs> Administrative Tools> Terminal Service Configuration or, you can schedule daily reboots of your citrix server, the reboot will logoff all connected sessions

a scheduled after hours reboot can often be the simplest solution... but if you really want to delete the profile in real time, you can try the following... look for any processes running under the user's login name on the server and stop them if this fails to let you delete the profile... go...
