On an option 11 in a wharehouse someone is dialing the main number and then dialing 796 to access the paging and playing music. I need to make this not available from the auto attendant ro make it stop some other way. Any ideas?????

Calls are handled through auto attendant incoming and currently callers can access phones that way. Is there a way you not allow this to happen, so NO CALLS can be recieved or made to or from the outside world. They just want these dn's to be INTERNAL ONLY......any ideas??????
I need to see from what DN or TN it came from ....OTM told me the call was placed in OTM alarm notification, but does not tel me from where, is there somewhere in OTM it would be listed? The last time I had to find out who placed the call, OTM was not around.
