The customer is wanting to have the bell ring between each class on a daily schedule. They have an IT guy trying to set one up now but isn't having any luck. Now I was called but isn't that familiar with them.
This will be my first time setting up a bell schedule for a school that has a BCM50 and Valcom 2924 Unit. Does anyone know of some good reading material on this? I can't seem to find any anywhere. Any input would be great.
I've tried both above before and no change. Is there anything on the sytem side that allows to change the buzz volume? I read a manual but says something about having administrator access?
I ran into a similiar issue with a BCM50 and Call pilot. I went into programming and did a warm restart on the administrative side and it worked after that. Not sure if that helps at all.

It does have it's own UPS. Since this install our company has changed to a better and more reliable UPS...so that most likely is the problem. Thank you.
