when you dial ext 2000 i want it to go to ext 1000 then 2000 then voicemail for 2000 and not to ring on 2000 the first time you dial as it is a director and the pa has to screen calls.i cant call forward to xported station with the required cover path.ANY IDEAS OUT THERE

hi thanks for the response,i would like when you press zero in location 1 you get reception at site 1 which is i.e extension 100 and when you press 0 in location 2 you get reception 2 which is i.e extension 200.its the one pbx with different locations but they are not using attendants

Hi Did you get a resolution for your issue.I have 2 receptions and need to dial 0 from location 1 and get reception 1 and dial 0 from location 2 and get reception 2.its a cm 5.2.any help appreciated

hi when I receive a missed call on a digital phone,I can't redial as the 9 for an outside line is missing,any ideas on a work around
