Is it just one application they want it removed from?
Instead of express messaging you can trasfer to a phantom dn that is dcfw to voicemail. If it isn't the mailbox dn make it an extension dn in the mailbox.
You might want to check the firmware and make sure VPN is not disabled. There are multiple versions on the Avaya site available for download we just had that problem on 9611s because we had the wrong one.
I've worked in both call center environments and like AACC much better than CCE and CMS. Unless there is some real saving I would not change. If you HAVE to replace the system I would look at IP Office with AACC.
Our system currently has (2)TN2302APs and (1) TN2602AP. It appears that the 2602 has more capacity and is handling the majority of our traffic. Our system is supporting approx 300 IP sets and 240 SIP trunks and growing.

Thanks, Tolson. So the ARS Loc = Network region? So as long as the dhcp is working properly and the phones are getting addressed in the right region we should be good.
How about remote users? We have people who work from home all over the nation using softphones.
