Assuming you are talking about Microsoft Exchange 2013's UM feature, and asking about the UM Auto Attendant. Looking here - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/4809ff56-ae34-4ce6-8e39-9193311c3f83(v=exchg.150).aspx there is an option you can disable that will remove that spoken option...
That greatly depends on what it is that AudioCodes is doing to the call. Did you trace the trunk on the Avaya side to see what the call was doing? You can also check the MM logs to see what MM is attempting to do.
You can also check the AudioCodes logs to see if MM is sending the call with properly formatted number strings like 9314xxxx etc to CM (assuming 9 is your ARS FAC).
Was the MAS running the MWI service rebuilt, or just the MSS? If the MAS wasn't rebuilt, I would rebuild the MWI DB as it might have old data in it.
But I would also check the verbose logs from the MAS running the MWI service, and the MAS the MWI service is sending it's telephony requests...
This may be very dependent on your SIP trunks, the type of connection to your SIP trunk providers, among other things. you mention you have 100Mb, but does that include all 3 SIP trunks? Is that purely for your SIP trunk (versus shared with other data), or through the internet? The codec you...
I had this happen, but with older style digital phones. It wasn't the older style phones that was the issue, it was with power supplies in the carriers that were causing this on the majority of digital phones connected to cards on that particular carrier/cabinet. If you have an alarming...
That particular event says it could not deliver a message that was taken on that particular server/MAS. It sounds like your MAS is offline with its peer Exchange server.
I couldn't find it either in the VMSC. So I guess I'm thinking of a registry value that restricted that to a time other than the default. The hangup option is based on how you configured the caller app, the 'No input' options - next node.
Depending on your integration, check your...
That should be doing a supervised transfer so the timer for that will be based on the VMD setting for timeout. I think the default setting is 30 seconds.
SIP trunks from a PSTN/ITSP SIP trunk provider is typically only used for voice. As long as you have data connectivity you should be able to do Lync video.
Keep in mind you may not be able to provide calling party ID to those outbound calls if your core trunk provider is setup to only allow calls that originate from DIDs assigned to that trunk. You may have to mask those outbound calls to show the main number of your core or trunk the calls will...
The folder where MM queues up messages it generates to be sent to Exchange - Installation Drive:\Installation Folder\Avaya Modular Messaging\VServer\Spool - but just looking at that is not the catch all for finding out if Notify Me/Call Me is functioning properly. If MWI/Call Me/Notify Me is...
