    • Microsoft Surface Pro 2 issue – when connected via Ethernet (docking station or USB adapter) to an Avaya 1608 IP phone’s second/auxiliary pass-through Ethernet port, the connection drops sporadically, and only a reboot of the phone resolves the issue (temporarily). How do i resolve this issue?

    Thanks IPGuru So once I started using the right user information I am able to open the one x portal and is working. Only two issues now is the one-x mobile preferred clients won't connect. Getting connection refused error. On the phones randomly getting a retrieval error.

    the only issue is connecting to the one-x system. I can access the one-x portal inside / outside the firewall but only as administrator. I cannot login as a user or mobile devices will not connect. IPO is configured as much as possible as the SIP trunks aren't delivered, did the ignite process...
