Or... Have you tried creating additional Outlook folders for you recipients and when you use the Organise feature you can have it keep relies to recipients in that folder with the original mail. Works for me...- monkeymagic25

Chrisps: Have you tried building your PC out of the BOX??? I agree that it could possibly be a symtom of a dodgy PSU, but could also be a short circuit on the motherboard. So, remove the entire PC from the case, and build it on a static proof bag or something like that. One other thing to try...- monkeymagic25

There could be loads of reasons why this isnt working properley. Q1. was this machine always win2k, or has it previously had any other OS on and was upgraded?? this would explain why it works if machine is never re-booted.
