My login has admin rights so that wasn't it. I followed the link and took ownership but still no luck. The people here remember having to be part of a workgroup in order for the file to open but they don't remember the workgroup name. Looks like I may be out of luck huh?

I followed the steps, gave myself full rights and I'm tset as the admi on the PC. Still same message. I thought maybe I could start a new database and import forms, tables, etc...but same message came up here as well.
