IPO/VMPro V11.
Here's the scenario:
Customer service agent is a member of two groups. One primary, one secondary. If there is a call in the primary group, the agent will always get those calls first. If no calls in the primary group, but one in the secondary, that call will be presented to...
Hey All,
Does anyone have any experience configuring IPO to work with any virtual SBC's to Teams direct routing? Feel free to share any positive or negative experiences.
I had this going back in the Skype for Business on prem days - time to move on.
We have customer service agents that are members of 1-3 groups. The groups are setup to where if they miss a call, they're logged out of that group. Can anyone think of a way to use one button or short code to log in and out of all groups they're members of? The other trick to this questions...
All of the sudden we weren't able to make or receive calls on one of our SIP trunks. Just got off with the provider and what we found was when the invite came via TCP it got no answer, but when he forced UDP, it came through fine. Checking my V11 config shows TCP and UPD enable for port 5060...

Now here's the next...

@Ekster - I though about that as well. I this case I would basically have to duplicate all the...
I'm thinking the quick solution is to throw an IPO in the data center and create an SCN line to it - set that as the main system with the connection to the VMPro. That IPO wouldn't have any extensions or users - simply the connection to VMPro.
Does anyone see a reason why this wouldn't work?
Sorry for got to mention that the VM pro system is in a data center and was alive the entire time.
The IPO does sit on a UPS, but that eventually dies.
Each IPO site has SIP trunks which I can forward to any other location. Those inbound call routes are looking for a VM Pro module.
We ran into an issue yesterday where there was a complete power outage at our main location
We have 6 IPOs all v11, SCN with Voicemail Pro. Out main location has VM Pro chosen as the voicemail type, and centralized voicemail as the type for all other locations, pointing at the main.
when the...
